"The Beginning Of The End"

Chapter 1 "Giovanni's Trickery"
It took the team five hours to get to Giovanni's hideout near New Island. When they got there the place looked deserted and broken down. There was a doorway at one of the building's right sides.
"It looks like Giovanni have a run down old shack." said Cassidy.
Mondo moved closer to the door and opened it and looked inside.
"Do you see anything, Mondo?" asked Butch.
Mondo turned towards the team and answered, "There is only an empty hallway here."
Alexandria signaled the team to go inside the building. When they all got in the door locked automaticly and all the hallway lights just turned on. As they walked through the hallway Nibiuki saw a Nidoking comming right at the team.
"Don't worry, Scythe will destroy him." said Nibiuki.
As Nibiuki let out Scythe his Scyther the Nidoking raced toward Mondo's hardsuit and hit it full blast to knock Mondo down and also shattering his hardsuit making Mondo unable to destroy Pokemon boomers now.
"MONDO!" yelled Cassidy as she went over to Mondo's side to help him up.
"SCYTHE, SLASH NIDOKING!" yelled Nibiuki.
Scythe slashed Nidoking but Nidoking let out a screech which made a container at the ceiling of the hallway bursting into a million pieces and letting out sleeping gas.
The team raced towards the end of the hall only to find it locked off.
"What are we going....."said Alexandria as she and the others fell into sleepiness.
Nidoking didn't fell asleep because when it let out the sleeping gas it brought out a gas mask and put it on.
"Good Nidoking. Now exterminate Alexandria and her pathetic group of Rockets." ordered Giovanni through the speakers in the hallway.
Nidoking advanced its attack for to strike down Alexandria, Butch, and the others. Nearby the Nidoking stood something that didn't fell asleep and is going to advance its attack on Nidoking.
Chapter 2 "The Endless Battle"
As Butch woke up he saw the Nidoking lying limp right next to him. The Nidoking was all bloody and scratched up that it just died there. Butch stood up to see the rest of his team still sleeping.
"You have to wake them up, Butch before it's too late." said a small voice.
Butch turned around to see a Raticate standing right next to him. He did woke up the others like the Raticate said and picked up Raticate to talk to him.
"Who are you? Why are you here?" asked Butch.
"Iam Moko, Iam supposed to help you destroy Giovanni. We have to get out of here before it comes out of its slumber." said Moko.
"What comes out?" asked Alexandria as she and the others got up from sleeping.
"Metal Clone Lugia. He is a clone with the power to destroy distant solar systems. He is very dangerous and deadly. Follow me. I'll show you where Giovanni is and I'll get the other Rockets to come to my ship." answered Moko.
"What ship?" asked Cassidy.
"Iam not like other Raticates you have seen. I had built a spaceship with the help of Team Rocket Meowth. Iam also very intellgent and powerful." answered Raticate.
Moko jumped off of Butch and showed the team a pathway to Giovanni's tower. As the group went to get Giovanni, Moko went to get the other Rockets.
The team ran for a long time until they saw Giovanni and his Persian. Butch signaled Cassidy and Nibiuki to attack Persian while he and Alexandria attack Giovanni. Mondo stayed at a far corner so he won't get injured. Then the battle began.
Alexandria and Butch ran after Giovanni as Giovanni ran to a large metal room. As he was about to get inside the room Butch tackled him and pinned him down. Alexandria was about to summon one of her fire spells until she saw Giovanni pulling out a gun.
"BUTCH LOOK OUT!" warned Alexandria.
Butch turned to look at Giovanni's hand which had a gun held in it. He try to run away from the gun but Giovanni pulled the trigger and the bullet hit Butch's left arm. As he fell Alexandria rushed over to his side to portect him from any other harm. Giovanni got up and went inside the metal room and everything turned red.
"Alexandria, we have to get out of here." yelled Nibiuki as he rushed over to Alexandria's side to help Butch get out of the room.
They ran as fast as they can until they got to the outside where a large ship was waiting they all got in just in time to lift off. What they saw next was disturbing. A metal Lugia rised out of the building and summoned a great amount of power that was aimed at the core of Earth. As the ship got out of Earth's orbit they saw the Earth exploding right before their eyes. Then all went silent as the Team Rocket ship went through the Solar Syatem sadly thinking about Earth.
Chapter 3 "Battle's End"
All was silent until they reached a Team Rocket space station near the planet Neptune. It was a fast trip because of the ship's fast speed. This space station will now be Team Rocket's home forever. This was the toll of the battle with Giovanni. This was the destiny of Team Rocket now and forever.
Chapter 4 "Rocket Space Colony"
Two years after the distruction of the Earth, Team Rocket lived quietly among the spacestation. Alexandria and Butch lived together happily. Butch's left arm healed a year back, which made Butch and Alexandria very happy. They also started a new family when Alexandria had twins. Their names were Kaji and Misato.
The Rocket Saber's hardsuits were destroied because of serious hazards inside the suits. Cassidy and Mondo got together and both now live happy lives. Jessie and James were trying to live the normal lives of Team Rocket members as best as they can. Nibiuki got together with Anne and started a new family. Everything was all now a happy life in the face of all the Team Rocket members.
Chapter 5 "Team Rocket's Fall"
It was a quiet day in the Team Rocket space colony until Moko got a transition from another ship. He warned everyone about the ship. This certain ship belongs to Emperor Stalker, a close friend of the dead Giovanni.
"What is all the fuss about?" asked Cassidy as she ran over to Alexandria.
"Something has gone wrong. Please portect Kaji and Misato while I see what is going on here." said Alexandria as she went off to see whats wrong.
Cassidy stayed with Kaji and Miasto for a long time until a Rocket guard told her to move to a safe place. She did as she was told and went over to a small room where Mondo was waiting.
"What is going on?" asked Cassidy as she went inside the small room with Alexandria's children in her hands.
"There is an invasion going on. People supported Giovanni in other worlds are trying to destroy us. We have to portect the leader's children from this invasion." said Mondo as he held baby Misato in his arms while Cassidy held Kaji. They both don't know where everyone is but they have to portect the children as best as they can.

Butch flew backwards into a wall hitting it very hard to knock him out. Alexandria rushed over to his side to try to portect him from Emperor Stalker's soldiers.
"You can't kill us," said Alexandria as she let out a fire spell at the soldiers.
The fire spell was no use and the guards froze Alexandria and Butch into suspended animation. With no hope escaping Team Rocket is doomed to their fate.
Chapter 6 "A Fallen Rocket"
Moko released Alexandria from the suspended animation with stealing the remote from a guard. But it was no use. The guard froze Moko and turned Alexandria into a red fox so she can't do any harm.
"I must find Cassidy." whispered Alexandria as she ran down the halls of the Team Rocket space station.
Alexandria reached the room where Cassidy was hiding and said,"We have to reach the small ship that is an escape route for the invaders."
Cassidy grabed Misato and told Mondo to warn the other Rockets hiding in the small rooms. Then Alexandria and Cassidy went off with the twins.
They got to the small ship after passing lots of invader guards. In the ship Cassidy piloted the ship out of the docking bay but instead got rammed by asteroids and the ship was losing oxygen fast. She landed the ship only to see Emperor Stalker waiting for their arrival.
"Give me the children or die." said Emperor Stalker.
Cassidy try to run away from the Emperor with the twins but Stalker used a type of psychic power to transform her into a Ninetales and threw her outside to her death.
"CASSIDY NO!" yelled Alexandria as she ran get Cassidy but it was no use.
With nothing else to do Alexandria turned herself in but Stalker thought she was only an ordinary fox so he gave her the power to transform her into a human , not knowing the power he was giving was back to Alexandria.
Alexandria stayed as a fox and took care of her children as they were put in a room in the invader ship.
Team Rocket's destiny now lies in the hands of Alexandria, Kaji, and Misato.
